Dog Licensing
All dogs 6 months and older must be licensed annually by April 1st.
A valid rabies certificate is required for licensing. First time licensees must provide a spay/neuter certificate at the time of licensing for the reduced rate.
Visitors with dogs from out of state must have with them a valid rabies certificate and tag. Out of State dogs staying longer than 6 months must be licensed.
Mail in licensing requires the supporting documents: a valid rabies certificate and a spay/neuter certificate. If you cannot make it into the office during regular business hours, either mail the documents or drop it in the dropbox in front of the Town Clerk’s Office.
